All billing and payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not store or process any payment information.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

All content, design, code, and assets within mohka are the intellectual property of John Newman. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal and business purposes. No rights are transferred to you beyond what is necessary to use the App as intended.
mohka is provided "as is" and "as available" with a singular guarantee - any and all calculations generated by mohka to provide the end-user with accurate data for usage in how they see fit, are done so to the absolute best of our ability. Furthermore, if calculation errors are detected or brought to our attention, we will rectify the issue in a timely manner to the best of our ability. We cannot warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that financial calculations will be perfectly accurate for every use case. If you are unsure of any calculations, you should either contact us or independently verify any figures that inform significant business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, John Newman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
